How the f*ck did we get here?

THE OOMPH FLAVOUR ORIGINS

In 2020 when everyone was starting a side hustle, we took our time. 

​

Three years in fact.

 

After eating at a well known Chinese restaurant in town, we tried Lao Gan Ma Chilli for the first time.

​

Convinced we could make something locally and even better, we set out tinkering with countless recipes and trying them out on our friends.

​

It wasn't until these friends badgered us for more that we thought we might be onto something.

​

And here we are.
