Crispy Fried Eggs

Gooey crispy fried eggs are a thing of beauty. Drizzle them in chilli crisp, a winning blend of spicy umami-rich oil and crunchy bits of heaven.

Serve them on top of fried rice and noodles, with your morning cooked breakfast, on top of avocado on toast.

Ingredients:

Oomph Chilli Crisp

2 eggs



Steps

Step 1

In a medium frying pan, add some of your Oomph chilli oil to the pan. Place over a high heat. Once hot, carefully crack in the eggs.


Step 2

Leave to cook for 2–3 minutes or until the edges have formed a crispy brown crust.


Step 3

Using a slotted spatula, transfer eggs to a serving plate. Liberally drizzle over your Oomph chilli crisp.
